Team project of GIST Deep Learning course (AI4311). We developed a mobile application that uses a two-stage deep learning pipeline to detect meat in an image and classify its level of doneness.

We trained Meat Object Detection model with YOLOv8, and Meat Doneness Classification model with ResNet50. We developed Meat Doneness Checking Mobile App with Flutter, FastAPI.
